Goodwill Employment Services explores barriers to employment, and then develops and implements individualized action plans through various job search strategies to help clients and employers gain long-lasting relationships through personalized services:

Job Searching, Matching, Placement and Incentive Program: Our team of highly qualified Employment Professionals will assist both clients and employers to achieve a successful employment outcome.
Resource & Information Centre: Job Readiness Workshops, FREE use of computers, faxing, printing, copying & much more.
Second Career Strategy: Support to recently laid-off, unemployed workers who require training.
Self Employment Benefit: Assist clients with the development and implementation of their business plan to become self-employed.
Job Creation Partnership: Clients maintain and develop their skills to improve their chances of successfully finding long-term employment.
