Goodwill Industries of Toronto is a registered charity led by a volunteer Board of Directors and administrative staff based at our administrative office in downtown Toronto.

Like Goodwill in the US and around the world, we operate at 85 per cent self-sufficiency, generating revenues through our retail operations as well as our environmental (janitorial) and creative business services (printing and light assembly). The remaining 15 per cent is raised through a combination of foundation and individual support.

Originally, we concentrated our efforts in the inner city; today, we serve urban, suburban and rural communities across Greater Toronto, Central and Eastern Ontario.
