Goodwill Industries Volunteer Services is hosting a Home Content Sale on
Wednesday, May 19th, 2004

Toronto, Ontario – Goodwill’s GIVS would like to invite anyone who is moving, downsizing or remodeling to attend their home content sale. GIVS, a group of more than one hundred volunteers raise money to support Goodwill through fundraising efforts. GIVS is your full-service solution for home content sales.

On Wednesday, May 19th from 10am – 6pm and Thursday, May 20th from 10am – 12pm, GIVS is hosting a two-day consignment sale. The sale will be held at the residency of 67 Wellesworth Dr – the major intersection being Renforth and Eglinton. The home content sale will offer gently used household items in quality condition at affordable prices. Articles such as dinning room sets, dish sets, bedroom suites, and much more will be for sale. If you need to sell the contents of your home or if you are interested in finding great deals and collectables, take advantage of the upcoming sale.

GIVS maintain an excellent customers service record in the GTA. They offer a lower rate than most private estate or consignment companies. GIVS will provide a free consultation and then set a convenient date for a one or two-day sale in your home or at a Goodwill location. Volunteers will sort, price and display all items for the sale. A percentage of all proceeds are donated to support Goodwill’s workforce development programs.
